The Florida Aviation Network is a project of the National Aviation Safety Foundation.
The National Aviation Safety Foundation is a support group whose objective is to enhance aviation safety through educational programs at designated facilities. During the year, we provide extensive support for projects, perform safety seminars, and provide wide dissemination of safety-related information to all interested parties. The Florida Aviation Network education and training are free. FAN is an effort of the National Aviation Safety Foundation, a registered IRS 501(C)(3) nonprofit corporation, and a coalition of local, regional, and national aviation organizations and agencies.
